This build is quite usefull against Kurzicks
Since they run away so often.
This build therefore concentrates on everything, crippling,getting to foe quickly, dealing alot of damage fast and healing himself!

This build will not work any more because of chilling vicyory that has been move to wind.

I also feel that taking in a avatar in to a PVP game is a wast of a skill because of the down time.

Well, sure Chilling Victory has been moved to wind prayers, but this build doesn't depend on Chilling Victory so just add another Scythe attack, no biggie.
And i completely disagree with you stating that the Avatars are a waste of Skill space, bcz it's probably the most powerfull "buff" in the game and thus has to have a drawback (in this case, Recharge time). I also have alot of exprerience in playin as a dervish and i find an Avatar (to be exact, Dwayna) to come in handy quite alot.

AS i siad in PVP avataars is a wast but in PVP it is one of the beste skill as you siad
